We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Non-returnable Items
- Items that have been used or installed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Custom or special-order items
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
